Terms of Service
You must agree to the terms below in order to work with us.
By agreeing to commission us, you, the client automatically accept these Terms of Service. Please make sure you have read the following ToS before purchasing.General Information
-We the artists reserve the right to decline any commission request.-We the artists reserve the right to update the commission prices and information, however, an already agreed commission price will never have its price changed from the price at the time of commission purchase.-The commissioner will receive updates on the projects such as sketches and there will be a window where alterations can be made before going to the final stages.-All communication will be documented, either via email, social media, or discord.-All communication with the client will be kept private and we ask the client to show the same courtesy on their end.Image Right and Usage for Personal Illustrations
-We the artists reserve the right to the images, distribution, and use.-We reserve the right to display any commissioned image in our portfolios, websites, and social media.-The commissioner can’t remove the sign nor claim the artwork as theirs. Any attempt to do so will result in action to be taken against the client. We take this very seriously.-The commissioner can’t use the commissioned images for commercial profit unless previously discussed. (Please see Commercial use section for further details)-The commissioner can display the image on any of their social media or sites as long as the sign is kept and/or they provide a link to any of my social media below.Payment & Refund
-The accepted payment methods are PayPal through invoices, or direct bank transfers. We do not accept Cryptocurrency as payment.-Payment plans are accepted for amounts higher than £150, on which the client will have the option to pay 50% upfront and 50% later or any other agreed amount.-Commissions won’t be progressed until payment is done fully or an agreed percentage if there is a payment plan.-We reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission already started, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to lack of communication, rudeness, inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse.-Refunds can be requested taking into consideration:• Commissions are non-refundable during and after the colouring stage/final inking stage for ink only drawings.
• If the commissioner wishes to cancel a commission, the refund amount will be calculated based on the commission progress. The commissioner will receive whatever of the commission was completed at that stage.
• Refund requests will be discussed via email, discord or any other agreed medium and not through PayPal dispute.-Corrections will be charged as an extra commission if the amount of work required to fix it is higher than 15 minutes.-Commission files will be sent to the commissioner's email once the payment is completed.Regarding NFTs & Crypto Projects
-The client is not allowed to sell commissioned art or any of my art as NFT (minting, and distributing through "Airdrops", Auctions). And it can't be used to promote Cryptocurrency projects/articles/crypto games/crypto apps, etc.-Use in any of the above stated ways will be considered theft by us and any attempt to use our artwork in this way will result in us looking to prosecute.Regarding AI related projects
-We the artists do not consent to any of our artwork being involved or used in any form of AI learning program, project or larger work revolving around AI art in general.-This will be considered theft by us and any attempt to use our artwork in this way will result in us looking to prosecute.
Commercial use
Commercial rights can be given but the price of the commission will either be x1.5 or x2 the price point stated above unless the project requires further negotiation, or involve a royalties agreement.Commercial use includes use in Video Games as assets, UI elements, Characters or Items. Book Illustrations, Youtube thumbnails or assets, Twitch.tv Assets, PNG tubers/Vtubers, Television, Movie media or anything else that could be counted as a commercial venture.
